In the course of further expansion we are setting up a new plant in Nowogard, 40 min from Szczecin and next to the highway S6 in Poland. For this important growth project
We are looking for a
Key Operator
Location: Nowogard | Entry date: 1.06.2022
Your responsibilities:
- Technical Management & personnel management of a small shift team
- Operate, monitor, clean and set up all equipment, including machine startup and shutdown
- Contact with logistics, process and quality departments
- MES key user
- Calling up support and on-call staff (if required) as well as participation in maintenance revision work
- Responsibility for compliance with and implementation of security requirements and general rules
Your profile:
- Basic technical/mechanical training & technical understanding
- Forklift license (MUST)
- Lifting platform and crane licenses (advantageous)
- Management training (team leader training) is an advantage
- Knowledge as a machine operator & shift experience is a MUST
- Advanced English or German skills and fluency in Polish (verbal and written) are a must
- Team player with empathy, positive attitude, motivated, flexible and resilient personality
- Mechanical flair, interest in technical contexts
- Solution-oriented, hands-on and problem-solving approach with mindset of continuous improvement
- High level of security thinking
- Role model function, management flair/experience (patient and happy to pass on knowledge)
- Can represent and enforce the corporate culture/decisions in front of the team
