Consent
By registering with 3A Composites you are giving the company your personal details in the form of a specific application for the purposes of finding employment. Your data will be stored and processed in systems belonging to our software partner Haufe-umantis AG.
Purpose of the processing
The purpose of the processing is to complete your application process at our company. This is legally based on Art. 6 (1) or Art. 88 (1) of the GDPR with reference to Art. 26 (1) of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
Data protection and confidentiality
We take data protection seriously. 3A Composites and software partner Haufe-umantis AG have taken the organisational and technical measures required to protect the confidentiality of your application. Under the terms of their employment contract, all of the employees in our HR department and that of our software partner undertaken to keep personal details secret. An automatically activated 128 bit encryption system ensures that your data will be transmitted securely. When processing data, we take into account general data security standards in line with the latest technology.
Use of your personal data
The data stored in the application process includes your salutation, surname, name as well as the usual correspondence data such as the postal address, e-mail address and telephone numbers. A record is also kept of the application documents, such as the letter of application, curriculum vitae, professional qualification certificates, diplomas and work certificates.
This data shall only be stored, evaluated, processed or forwarded internally as part of your application.

Storage period:
If no employment relationship is established between you and the company, your data will be deleted no later than six months after the application process completes, unless you have expressly consented to its further storage and use – especially as part of our talent pool. You will not be notified that the data has been deleted.
If an employment relationship is established between you and the company, the information supplied in your application will be kept in the personnel file.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to personal data concerning you, as well as the right to the rectification, erasure and restriction of processing of your personal data. In such cases please contact the controller:

In lieu of the right of erasure, the right to restriction of processing takes effect if the said erasure violates the statutory storage obligations or legitimate interests of the company. These can arise in application procedures, especially through the provisions of the German General Equal Treatment Act (AGG). You also have the right to data portability. You may withdraw your consent to the further processing of your personal data by the company at any time and without stating reasons.
Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
It is required to provide your personal data in order to complete the application process. By exercising your rights to erasure and restriction of processing, or by objecting to the further processing of your personal data, you invalidate your (further) participation in the application process.
